State .conservation officer Earl Money Said the new law places a i bag limit of three pike per day and a 20-inch length limit. This new law does not appear on the 1968 fishing and hunting license. Hex Rural Extension Homemakers Meet The Hex Rural Extension Homemakers met Tuesday afternoon in the Hex Grange hall. The meeting was in charge of the; new president, Mrs. William Cable, Mrs. Mary Brown read the history of the song of the month “The More We Get Together” and led the group in singing it. Mrs. Merle Darr accompanied on the piano. Mrs. Hattie Brown gave the devotions. Nine members answered roll call with “what I can do to make my home more comfortable” and suggestions on outlook. There were three guests and one child present. Mrs. Homer Schroder was accepted as a new member. Mrs. Walter Lechlitner of Goshen showed and gave a very interesting talk on her trip to Europe and had on display several articles from Europe. Reports were heard and several received gifts from their secret pals. The meeting closed with the singing of the club prayer. Mrs. John Emmert, Jr., and Mrs. Darr served refreshments. BIRTHDAY SURPRISE GIVEN Mrs. Thomas Gilbert, Syracuse, was surprised on her birthday Friday evening when friends called to wish her happy birthdav. Present were Rev. and Mrs. Robert A. JUNIOR 4-HERS GO CAROLING The Junior Merry Maidens 4-H club of Milford met December 13 at the fire station to go Christmas caroling. After caroling they returned to the fire station for a Christmas party. Gifts were exchanged and refreshments served. Court News Divorce Granted Doris L. Wolferman bf Milford has been granted a divorce from George Frederick Wolferman recently in Kosciusko county circuit court. The plaintiff was awarded custody of two minor children and S4O per week, support. The Wolfernians were married November 34, 1945, and separated Noveniber 3, 1966.
