Indiana, that the Advisory Board and Trustee of said Township will meet at the office of the Township Trustee, tn ths New Syracuse Grade School Buildinc in the Town of Syracuse, Indiana* on the Bth day of February. 1855. at the hour of T o'clock P. M. El S. T„ to consider the following additional appropriations to meet the extraordinary emergencies existing at this time, to-wit: An appropriation allowing the Township to use and spend the balance of 861.144.96 remaining in the New Building Fund as of December 81. 1854. for the payment of contracts made and entered into, with reference to the New School Building and Gymnasium. An appropriation of the sum of 880,180.00 to be collected in the Cumulative Building Fund during the year 195 t. the same to be transferred to the New Building Fund for the payment of expenses created upon existing contracts for the completion of the New School Building and Gymnasium. The foregoing appropriations are in addition to ail appropriations provided for in the existing budget and levy. Taxpayers appearing at the aald meeting shall have a right to be heard in respect to said additional appropriation. The additional appropriation, if finally made, will automatically be referred to the State Board of Tax Commiss lone re. which Board wll hold a further hearing within fifteen (IS) daya at the office of ths County Auditor of Kosciusko County or at such other place as he may designate. At such hearing the taxpayers objecting to the additional appropriation may be heard and interested taxpyers may inquire of the County Auditor when and where such hearing will be held.
