Tho hall was crowded Saturday afternoon by teachers and others to hear the concluding exercises of the association, everything suggested a mom convenient place for conventions and institutes. business was the order of the program. To the young teacher it means everything; ho gains ideas and learns methods used by the more experienced. It is hero that the older teacher offers plans and suggestions which experience and time have taught him.
