The “Star-lighters” received a first division rating. This group of singers is composed of Judy Kirchhoff, Sharon Tarplee, Marcia Keever, Linda Houpt, Karen White, and Jeanette Potter. Barbara Runkel received first division on a French horn solo and Gary Green received first division on a Baritone solo, Class A. Second division ratings were received by Judy Kirkhoff, Karen Brown, Maria Pollock, Bill Hackett, Mary Jane Blase, Nancy Hiatt, Jim Robinson, Tom Howard, Beverly Trueblood, and Beverly Bates.
