"Oh. yes, you are!" howled the Vcif. Ho was just going to' take a

down in front of the Wolf and regan nodding h's head as if saying: 'How do you do?" "Oh how do you do?" growlel tne Wolf. He was a bad chip, but he wanted to pretend he was very kind and polite. And so when he sav. as he thcught. the Sandpiper bowing politely to him. the Wolf naturally bowed in return. Bob. bob. bob. went the head of the Teeter Birdup and down a. fast as he. could nod it. And h'.3 tail tipped up also.

"Well, you certainly are good at making bows, but I can be as polite as you!" growled the Wolf. Then he V--gan to bow and nod his head! Faster and faster the Teeter Bird nodded his head. And the Wolf, not to be outdone, nodded also faster and faster likewise. Then, suddenly, the Wolf brcame dizzy from nodding his head so quickly and down he fell to the ground. ".Vow's your hance. Uncle Wiggily! Hop horn!" cried the Sandpiper, and away ran the bunny safe and sound, not an ear nibbled. "Ha! Ha!" laughed the Teeter Bird, as he flew away, leaving the dizzy Wolf on the ground. "As if you coula bob your head as fast as I bob mine! ILa! Ha! Ha!" And it was more than an hour before the Wolf could get up and stagger away, and by this time the bunny was safe at home. Then the Teeter Bird wa happy because he had done the rabbit a favor. And if the lollypop doesn't fall off its stick and get lpst so It can't find its way back to the candy store. "Now please don't forget. "Let me see," murmured Mr. Longear, as he twinkled his pink nose. "I think you said you wanted salt." "No. indeed! It was sugar just the opposite of salt!" laughed Miss Fuzzy Wuzzy. "Please bring me sugar. Uncle Wiggily. and not salt. I have plenty of salt, but I need sugar to make a cake." "I'll get it!" promised the bunny rabbit gentleman, and then off he hoppu. over the field's and through the woods, to look for an adventure. Uncle Wiggily had not hopped

Beaver Board is more popular this spring than ever before. Because a lot of long-postponed repair ing and remodeling work is being done. And genuine Beaver Board is a wonderfully economical and satisfactory material for this sort of work, as well as for new interior consruction. Not only is Beaver Board exceedingly inexpensive, but the work of application is every simple. At most, there are only three steps to any Beaver 3oard job: (1) mail the big, flawless panels over old plaster or directly to joists and studding; (2) apply paint, if you want a decorated job; (3) add he finishing wood strips. Walls and ceilings of Beaver Board cannot crack or fall. Because Beaver Board is real manufactured lumber, made from long, tough, white spruce fibers. Each panel is sized by the patented Sealite process, which provides a perfect surface for painting and decoration. Ask any carpenter or lumber dealer in town for an estimate on the Beaver Boarding you want to do. You'll be surprised at he low figures. , But irsiit upon hazing genuine Beaver Bocrd with the Heaver Quality tradc'tnarh on the back of every panel That's the only nay to be sure of tne result.
