Democrats demanding a wet plank party platform and counting on the mjpport of Gov. Cox In their fight for It suffered a di.sappölntment today when they learned that Cox and his chief supporters are Against any reference to the Uquor question in the. platform. Former Gov. Jume K. Camphell of Ohio, who heads the Ohio delegation here said today that Gov Cox stands for rigid enforcement of the prohibition laws. "The, only' election which Gov. Cox ever lost was lost to him because of hlK strict enforcement of liquor laws and Sunday laws In the big cities of th state," suld Campbell. "Cox Is not the dupe either of the Anti-Saloon league or of the liquor interests. He has enforced th laws as he found them, and that's what he stands for. Cox Not Hostile to View.
