Miss Gladys Dirmars. 14-year-old daughter of the curator of the Zoological park. New York, photographed with a kin and indigo snake wrapped ahout her neck and arms. While on a vacation in South Carol ina recently Miss Ditmars. without aid. captured a prize diamond-black rattlesnake. Miss Ditmars captured the bi reptile in an improvised trap made of a provision box and some cord. The snake had the largest and most numerous set of rattles ever seen in that section.
