Roy Simison of near Warsaw was almost instantly killed when he ran into a team of horses, driven by Mr. and Mrs. Ohhnart of near Packcrton at a cross road south of Warsaw. The exercises becran at two o clock and were attended by a crowd of friends and relatives, which filled the hall to overflowing. Filing off the lock of the money drawer in the office of the Kokiifii Cash Lumber Company, Juliuh Harding S years old obtained f?i and is now under arrest. Harding obtained a ladler and climbed to the secnd fltr of the hniiilier plant and descended into the office below. He was seen to burv the ntonev in an alley which led to his tletection. Obituary. Sarah Alice Jacoby, nee Lee was born in Morrow county O., March !) 1857 died June 17, age 53 years. 3 month and 8 days. She came to Marshall county, with her parents- in the month of April 187G and located in this vicinity where sh resided continuously until the time of her death. She was married to .Mr Mark Jacoby February 1!) 1S80 and to this union there were born one daughter and one son who with the devoted husband survive to mourn the loss of a kind and faithful wife and mother. She is also survived by her aged mother, four brothers and three sisters. The father, two. sisters and one brother havingproceeded her' to the spirit land. The entire period of her married life -was spent in the same residence where on last Monday afternoon a very; large qftToourse of relatives ' and friends assembled upon the occasion of her funeral service to pay loving tribute to the memory of one whom they knew so well. She united with the t. John's Reformed church years ago, during the pastorate of the Rev J. T. Swangler.
