Indiana, shall be received by the Nappanee Board ot Works, until 3:30p.m. local time, July 10, 1995, at the Nappanee City Hall, 300 West Lincoln, Nappanee. Indiana. Bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids received alter such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn tor a period ot 60 days thereafter. Informalities: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive arty informality or error in bioding for a period ol 60 days after bid opening date. Owner: The Owner shall be the City of Nappanee METHOD OF BIDDING: •Multiple Project Proposals including construction. mechanical and electrical work. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted, Deluding any and all separate and combination proposals, shall include sufficient and proper sums for all General, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Installation, labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Taxes (both Federal and State), Permits, Licenses, Insurance, Service Costs, and so forth, incident to and retired for the construction of the facilities. TAX EXEMPTIONS (L&GAL ENTITIES): .Contract price will be based upon a complete exemption of Indiana State Sales Tax, and if later determined that a tax must be paid by Owner, contract price will be adjusted to reflect this liability of Owner.
