Everybody should be on their good behavior and play good ball: then the bombastic reporters of that lively town may have to write up the'defeat of their owu club. A week ago Monday higbt the Big Four depot was broken into and several express packages were taken. Sometime these petty thieves will run into the wrong place and never’ steal again. . • A football team from Elkhart played a game last Saturday with the Milford team. It was apparent from the beginning that the visitors were no match for the horna team. Wysong, playing with our hoys, made a number of excellent runs and he was at, one time carried triumphantly on the shoulders of his fellow players. The Kcudallvllle Sun says: The commissioners of Noble county have purchased a pair of bloodhounds in New York state, which will be kept by Mr. Lew Kerr at Ligortier, for the purpose of tracking and apprehending criminals who molest the property and belongings, of Noble county people. As we understand the arrangements, the services of Mr. Kerr and the hounds will he without expense to Noble county persons who may have need of the same, except where livery charges are incurred.
