FOR A BAD COLD I Get a small package of Hamburg Breast Tea, or as the German folks call it, "Hamburger Brust Thee," at any pharmacy. Take a tablespoonful of the tea, put a cup of boiling water upon itj pour through a sieve and drink a fpRPiin full at anv time durmcr the day or before retiring. -It is the most effective way to break a cold and cure crip, as it opens the pores of the skin, relieving congestion. Also loosens the howels, thus driving a cold from the system. Try it the next time you sufTer from a cold or the grip. It is inexpensive and entirely vegetable, therefore safe and harmless.

(State Senator of Colorado.) 1 in not with the Woman's Party. My opposition to Its propagauJa Is based on the fact that I am wooing, twelve months in tb year, to get the ; ballot for all American women. My experience of practical politics has ! taught me, among other things, that I the Congressional Union Ls being used, forces in this country which have fought, and will continue to fight, equal suffrage. I am for Wilson because, throughout his Administration, he has continuously made his appeal from the jingling of dollars to the rights of man. i am for Wilson because he moved the Capitol of the country from Wall Street back to Washington, and becauce he has withstood the forces, now back of Hughes, who have sought to remove it to Berlin. I am for Wilson because he lias indeed shown himself "more interested in the fortune of oppressed men and pitiful women and children" whether in Mexico or in America than in his own personal fortune. Thank God he is not "a hundred per cent candidate," but a hundred per cent MAN! 1 am for Wilson because, whatever his fortune at the coming election, 'his achievements have given him a su preme place in the lb-t of American i HELEN RING ROBINSON. presidents; because his voice, during ail ilnwe burdened years, has been the cit : : old-time voice of America the voice that to some of us had seemed iin;; d and overborne by class hatreds and racial hatreds, and the snarling scramble for dividends. However the coming election may turn, the pages of American history which President Wilson has written these past four years will be forever illumined wiUi the white light of stars, an our children und grandchildren will .indeed have cause to thank God for Woodrow Wilson.. Good goods bring fair prices poor articles are good for what, ever they can get. This is true of advertising's of everything else. As a rule low rates and large discounts are a sure indication of small circulation. Advertising space in publications of good, circulation represents a very heavy outlay and cannot be offered at a nominal price without loss. Pub lishers, like other business men, do not do business fur nothing, neither are thev in it for the pleasure it affords. Hence they v ifhey cannot atlOrCl tO give aClVCr tisin? pace for less than cost. Low rates may be taken as a possitive proof of equally small and comparatively valueless circulation. The business man who has a certain amount of money to spend in advertising -hould bear this in 'mind. In order to spend wisely I there is wher hp. can get the best advertising. On the contrary it seldom happens so.
