We were alone after the Lebanon raid. After six days of battle the war started. Our neighbors don’t feel bound by armistice lines.” Rosolio said weakening on Israel’s part would only invite disaster. “We believe the Arabs will not attack as long as we remain strong,” he said, “but we also feel the only ally we now have is world Jewry.” Other speakers in behalf of the campaign were JWF President Liebert Mossier, Robert Efroymson and Tuchman.
