In the feature contest, the score was tied at 33-33 going into the final period. Aron Goldsmith led the winning team with 19 points while Mark Aelrod topped Swank with 10.

At JCC A ski club open to members as well as non-members is being formed at the Jewish Community Center. Ncnc.an Schimelman, the Center’s athletic director, announced that the group’s initial meeting will be held at 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Center. Representatives from the Indianapolis Ski Club will attend the meeting to discuss skiing opportunities in the Midwest. A color ski film will be shown. Schimelman emphasized that the club is for beginners and experienced skiers. He said the group plans to visit a ski slope in the Valparaiso area and will schedule weekend outings throughout the winter. Additional information may be obtained by phoning Schimelman at CL 1-9468.

Attends Meeting Dr. J.K. Berman returned to Indianapolis after attending the 70th annual meeting of the Western Surgical Association. As president of the association, Dr. Berman spoke on the role of the surgeon.
