Sandra Finkei, Recite Vows in Miss Sandra Joyce Finkel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Finkel of Lincoln, Neb., became the bride of Ronald Richards, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Richards, 5845 College, on Sunday evening, April 20, at Tifereth Israel Synagogue in Lincoln. THE COUPLE is living in Bloomington, where they are students at Indiana University. Mr Finkel is a member of Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. Mr. and Mrs. Finkel expect to take up residence in Indianapolis after graduation and Mr. Finkel’s service in the armed forces. j Matron of honor at the wedding was Mrs. Jack Kutcher of Beresford, S. Buffy Cohen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Cohen, 5509 N. Pennsylvania, is vice-president-elect of the junior class at Indiana University. He'll Roar In .. . Eddie Sachs of Center Valley, Pa., will drive the Ansted-Rotary special at the 42d annual 500Mile Race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on May 30. Sachs, who qualified the Schmidt Special last year at 143.822 mph, turned one lap of 130 mph in the spanking new Ansted-Rotary Special Thursday morning. That was a pretty hot one for first-day activity, and especially so since the Ansted car was the first to take the track. Sachs took about 20 laps in practice.
iU AEFi Joins National Frat The Indiana University Beta Iota chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity was installed as a member of the national fraternity on Saturday evening, April 26 in the university’s Union building. The charter was presented to the Beta Iota president, Eric Greenhut Sr. by Louis Heller, a member of the supreme board of governors. The Indiana University chapter will be the 69th in the national organization. Installed as charter members were Eric Greenhut, Sam Block, Melvin Greenball, Peter Plotke, Donald Rosenfelt and Robert Brown, seniors. Donald Miller, Byron Annis, Anthony Amdur, and Harry Cybulski, juniors. William Silverman, Allan Miller, Jacob Newman Levy, Lawrence M a j ur, Steven Pulver, Herbert Rubin and Fred Fogle, sophomores. United Central Hebrew sisterhood will install its new officers at a closing luncheon to be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, May 8, in the synagogue vestry. Mrs. Irving Birnbaum will formally install the new officers, who include Mrs. David Fogle,president; Mrs. Abe Baker, first ■
