Lt. and Mrs. Jay P. Doner are on their honeymoon in Sun Valley, Idaho, following their wedding in the Marott Hotel on Sunday, Jan. 5. The couple will return to Indianapolis in July after taking up residence in El Paso, Tex. Lt. Doner will be stationed at Ft. Bliss near there for six months. Rabbi William Greenfeld and Cantor Judah Goldring of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck performed the ceremony. The bride, the former Miss Sharon Ann Klain, is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Benjamin V. Klain, 5775 Central Ave. Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hem*y S. Doner, 5808 N. Illinois St. GIVEN IN marriage by her father, the bride wore a blushpink taffeta gown with a fitted bodice and bouffant bell skirt featuring back fullness and extending into a circular sweep train. Hand clipped imported French lace was appliqued on the bodice and extended into the skirt. A lace half hat of taffeta and lace held her three-tier imported illusion fingertip length veil, and she carried an arm cascade of white cattleya orchids and blush pink phalaenopsis. Mrs. Maurice I. Epstein, ma-
tron of honor, wore a shocking pink taffeta gown with a fitted bodice accented with a crushed cummerbund which formed a puff drape on the side. The bouffant bell skirt fell ankle length in front and brushed the floor in back. The dress was accented
with a matching stole.
THE DRESS worn by Miss Vicki Goldberg, maid of honor, was fashioned in similar style in hybiscus pink. The two shades were combined in the gowns worn by the bridesmaids, Miss Judy Epstein, Miss Natalie Klain, Miss Sharlette Klain, Miss Sandra Nathan, Miss Marilyn Wides, Miss Marha Cohen of Charleston, W. Va., and Miss Andrea Doner of Detroit, Mich. Dr. Jason Weiss was the bestman. Guests were ushered by the bride’s brother, David Klain;
Fund Report Meeting Set By BB Women B’nai B’rith Women Chapter No. 324 will hold its final report meeting of its fund-raising campaign at 10 a. m. Thursday, Jan. 16, in the home of Mrs. Paul Hirsch, 127 E. 48th St. The culminating event of this campaign will be the theatre-in-the - x'ound’s presentation 0 f “Spring Song” at 8 p. m., Saturday Jan. 25, in the Westchester Country Club.
