R. and Daxie Highway, ninety miles south of Louisville, Ky., near the famous Momouth Cave. Notice is hereby given that upon petition filed in said Court by the Administrator of said estate, setting up the insufficiency of the estate of said decedent to pay the debts and liabilities thereof, the Judge of said Court did, on the 14th day of April, 1916, find said estate to be probably insolvent and ordered the same to be settled accordingly.
