Baker, who was married a few months after the murder at Chicago Heights. 111., was finally found by detectives at Toledo. O.. and was the first man to be tried. He was sentenced to die in the electric chair at the State Prison on August 1«. but a stay of execution was granted, pending a decision of the state supreme court. Bartek will be tried at the November term of court.
