Captain Foster, an overseas instructor, has been empowered by Brigadier-General William V. Judson to issue all orders concerning a military tattoo on the holiday. The spectacle will be patterned after similar affairs In the British army. All bands of the division will be used and certain organizations will march and counter-march In spectacular formations.
