Ryan & Devol, Attys. 627-28-29 Geneva Girl Turned Over To Juvenile Officer ar T A young girl, aung at Geneva, was , brought to this city this morning by Hari Hollingsworth, town marshall of I Geneva, and turned over to the juven-' ile court. She ran away from her home several days ago and came to , this city yesterday, where it is re- | ported that she stole some Valuable clothes. The girl was picked up north of Monrod last night by Otho Lobenstine, local undertaker and * member of the Adams county board of guardians. Mr. Lobenstiae took the girl to Monroe and turned her over to F. E. Hrandyberry, marshal of Monroe. Mr. Hrandyberry took her to her grandmother's home, at Bryant, but the grandmother told him to take her home, so the marshal took her to her home in Geneva. Later, Marshal Hollingsworth was called and he took charge of her and brought her to Decatur this morning. There will boa Fellowcraft initiation at the Masonic Hall Tuesday night at 7:30 o’clock. Miss Erwin appeared as a lisping young girl end Miss Engle was the sweet, but giddy, young village Miss, rather romantic. Mildred Worthman took the part of a maid, Annie, who kept secrets about as wMll as most maids. Margaret Haley played the part of Sadie Bloom, a dnneing instructor, who knew Mr. Simmons rather intimately. Gerald I Somers played the role of a taxi driver The roles of other people ibout the town who did considerable talking about all the latest scandail were taken by Mary Macy, Etola Gottshall, Mildred Marchand and Bernice Engle. The entire play takes place in the living room of the Simmons home in Decatur. As the many tangles of the play began to unwrap, applause and laughs of the audience were not intropuent. The play will be given again tonight at the high school auditorium at 8 o'clock. Tickets can be secured from any member of the Junior class or at the door. The doors wil open at 7:31) o’clock The play was presented under the leadership of Mrs. J. R. Blair, of this city, assisted by Miss Josephine Myers, Junior class sponsor.
