Mrs. Lucille Earhart. o ' Files Petition To Sell Tocsin Bank Property The Old Adains County Bank, of this city, has filed a petition, through their attorneys, an the Wells Circuit court for permission to sell some property in Wells county belongnig to the Bank of Tocsin, for which the leva! bank is receiver. The Tocsin bank closed its doors several days ago and the Decatur bank was appointed temporary rei ceiver and later permanent, receiver. , The land to be sold, if the petition passes, includes 40 acres in Jefferson i township. Wells county, and the quarter lot on which the present Bank of Tocsin building is standing. It has not yet been determined whether an assessment will have to be made on stockholders, but it is thought that the bank has more collectable paper and notes than was I first, believed. — o Fear Shell-shocked Veteran Ended Life Indianapolis.
